Jonathan Mertzig about his pictures from 2019: They are recently taken in the immediate aftermath of Hurricane Dorian (the very next day) which explains some of the broken brush in some photos. The brutalist buildings however seem to survive hurricanes well as the exteriors are pretty much unscathed.
