The building housed a newspaper printing press as well as editorial and administrative offices, which can be assigned to different cubes of the overall structure. The long production area of the print shop was located in the lower section. The upper administrative block was siginficantly characteristic for the impression as a landmark. With a total area of 2500 square meters, it floated as a horizontal square mass above the rest of the building 15 m away from the ground.
