Until 1990 this public building was used for political education and from 1990-2003 was home to refugees of the Balkan wars. Currently not in use. Totaling 8.500m², the building comprises 145 rooms, including function rooms, gyms, a cinema, a library, a restaurant and a bar. Special thanks to Kramar.

The building of the Politička Škola Josip Broz Tito is currently empty and in a very neglected condition. In recent years, there have been several failed attempts to sell the building and discussions about possible new uses, but with no result. The building still belongs to the state and has numerous structural defects, such as a partially stolen copper roof, which has accelerated its deterioration. Most recently (2019), it was considered by a Chinese investor group as a potential development project, although concrete plans are still pending (last updated on November 7, 2024).
