The almost square building is accessible from the east façade via a staged staircase. It has a few window openings and features narrow window strips, but otherwise has more of a closed façade. Precast concrete technology was used here for load-bearing and cladding elements. A cantilevered projection on the east front of the building is cast in concrete and forms a strong contrast to the monolithic precast elements of the main building. This projection even still shows the board pattern of the cladding.
