  • This complex houses the memory of the nation. Solar protection has an important presence throughout the complex, expressing that important elements are being preserved. Also blind brick walls create a solar barrier, which acquire special presence in eastern and western facades, accentuating this expression. This conjunct implied important urban reforms and created generous public areas, which united significant heritage sites such as the Pantheon of Venezuela, the Barracks of San Carlos and the John Boulton Foundation.

  • In use.
