„Le Forum" was the only built element of a vast project for a management center decided in the early 1970s.

The complex, whose brutalist architecture was characteristic of the 1970s, formed an "L" made up of several blocks of variable height ranging from a simple ground floor to a volume dominating 11 floors and a technical level at the top. A special design element was the round exterior stair tower.

Demolished due to dilapidation. The deconstruction of the complex in Lille began on Monday May 17, 2021 and has been completed in the same year. Then, it was replaced by a new building, which houses the departmental services.
