Exposed concrete hotel building with similarities to the Unité d’Habitation in Marseille, France.

Hotel closed in 2014 and repurposed to house the South Asian University as well as the Ministry of Overseas Indian Affairs (MOIA). In need of renovations.

This building was included in the red list, published in our exhibition catalog SOS Brutalism: A Global Survey (September 2017). After a status review on October 29, 2024 , it is still classified as red (endangered) in the online database.
