With 73m and 22 floors it is the tallest building of Chisinau. Originally it was conceived as a clinic complex with a roof restaurant, movie theater and fitness facilities. However during contruction work the project was changed into a housing complex. (Special thanks to Kramar [Kollektiv Fischka])

In use, but in disrepair.
After the collapse of the Soviet Union, the building was privatized and the residents modified their apartments, in some cases considerably, by building makeshift balconies, which greatly changed the external appearance of the tower. The building, which is considered an important relic of Soviet architecture, is unfortunately in poor condition today and has not been extensively renovated (last updated on November 11, 2024).
