"Appartmenthaus Mühlenpfordtstraße" is the biggest student dormitory in Braunschweig (Brunswick), and hosts up to 852 students in direct neighborhood to the Technical University. The four towers consist of single and double apartments with one to three rooms each. They are connected by parking and infrastructure decks on the first three levels, and a green roof terrace on the fourth level. The terraced south side of the towers gave the structure its nickname "Affenfelsen" ("Monkey Rock"). Written by Roland Hieber
