The building has fourteen floors and an adjacent, four-story parking garage. It has a unique form, but never received much attention from the Indonesian architecture community. The Hongkong Land is a private property group, active in the investment, man- agement and development of luxury real estate across Asia. During the 1970s, when the company expanded into international markets, it built the Davies Pacific Center (DPC) in Honolulu, Hawaii (1978^F), which has a similar design to Wisma Hayam Wuruk, and several office projects in Sydney and Kuala Lumpur.
