The Bethanien Children's Village disposes of fifteen pavilion-like children's houses out of red brick and concrete elements, one monastery building and a concrete chapel. Like a real village, the individual houses are organized around an oval square with the chapel in the middle.

The architecture of the Children's Village is listed as Momument of the City of Bergisch Gladbach since 2011. Partial renovations on façade (last updated on June 9, 2024).
