The complex consists of three structures, including a main administrative building, a lower council chamber and a patio. The aesthetics fuse a rationalist structure with sculptural protrusions and recesses, rendered in exposed concrete. The high rise features a flexible floor plan grouped around a service core.

Other than the addition of a series of murals on the façade, there have not been any major changes to the original design. It is still in use for its originally intended purpose. Special thanks to Jorge Simoni
