The Castle Car Park at Templar Square in Oxford was constructed in the 1960s as part of the original development of the Templar Square Shopping Centre. The center itself has been a significant landmark in Cowley, Oxford, since its establishment.

The car park, alongside the shopping center, is now set for redevelopment as part of a £60 million project aimed at modernizing the area. The plan proposes the demolition of the entire Castle Car Park building and the walkway spanning Crowell Road. New buildings with 99 apartments with shared courtyard gardens and parking spaces are then to be built on the site.
