Located in the center of the Forlanini district, the complex overlooks a large square overlooked by the main public buildings. The church itself is elevated above the street level, and rests on a high base that contains the parish and service rooms. The appearance of the church, both outside and inside, is strongly characterized by the sail covering, which rests on a series of curved reinforced concrete portals; these divide the interior into three naves, of which the central is considerably higher, with a strong effect of vertical thrust, accentuated by the lighting that penetrates through the slit windows. The tabernacle and the baptismal font in gneiss were designed by Father Costantino Ruggeri.
