Iconic building of Socialist Modernism.

The building was deconstructed in an over-hasty withdrawal beginning in autumn 2019. During that time, initiatives for preserving the building have been ignored. Finally, during the process of dismantling the building's roof and a big part of the walls collapsed in January 2020.
