The Höfter residential complex is located in Freimann, a northern outskirt of Munich, and consists of a front (1970–1972) and a rear building (1962–1963). The front building, with a setback of the top level, and the rear part of the complex frame a green courtyard with a children’s playground and open spaces for the residents of the complex. The exposed concrete façade of the front building is characterized by deep loggias and balconies, partly made of prefabricated concrete parts, and is complemented by a striking color scheme in the form of the railings made of corrugated wire mesh painted in yellow. The complex containes 41 apartments as well as a store on the ground floor.

In use. No significant changes recognizable.
