Casino in front, apartments in back. From the street you stand in front of 3 blocks of houses which become higher towards the back. While the ground and first floor are clad, the other floors are characterized by coarse-grained exposed concrete panels. At the back of the three blocks, the residential complex was extended by a shorter, parallel block and another block attached at right angles.

Used in several German movie productions, including “Tatort” and “4 Blocks”.
